Former building for property recycling. Built in 2014. Will be dismantled in a total of 7 parts during September and delivered by crane truck (at cost price - 1200 SEK/hour).
BUILDING INFORMATION:
- Uninsulated building built in 2014 with two insulating glass panes at one end (plywood panels at the other end).
- The building has stood on a poured concrete foundation with a heel of 280 mm.
- Internal ceiling height from current floor is approximately 3430 mm, ceiling height to bottom edge approximately 2400 mm.
- Internal width, between inside panel material, 4190 mm and a length of 6715 mm (tip to tip).
- Timber in roof truss: 45x115 in lower frame and 45x145 in upper frame.
- The walls consist of: board material (type minerite) + 45x90 + 25 mm + outer panel.
Dismantling has taken place (see pictures) the roof halves are 310 cm wide and about 8 m long. The entire house can fit on a crane truck with trailer (crane truck in picture). The seller can arrange transport at cost price.
