Combi oven with proofing/holding cabinet – Duke
Professional oven solution from Duke intended for use in bakeries, cafes and commercial kitchens, for example. The unit consists of an upper hot air oven and a lower proofing/holding cabinet in a stacked design.
The equipment is made of stainless steel. Both parts have glass doors and internal guides/grids for placing plates and products.
