Electricity must be disconnected because the cable goes into the electrical box. Must be done professionally.
PS: Only the Light Box is included in the purchase. Everything inside and outside is NOT included.
NOTE: The handover is Thursday 8/10 at 09:00. You must respect the day and time for handover because the premises must be returned the same day.
The property is located in Central Skellefteå.
